We Ship Everything - No matter where you may buy your products, NHT can ship your product directly to your home or business, to your favorite retailer, or to a Custom Installer for delivery. This eliminates unnecessary shipping costs (while reducing our carbon footprint) along the way which ensures that you receive prompt delivery. 

All orders are shipped within 48 hours on Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm PST. We (NHT Audio, LLC.) use USPS, UPS, and Fedex as carriers to deliver our orders. We will update your order with tracking information if applicable. Shipping rates are quoted and charged based on the item weight and shipping destination.

We Ship Everything FREE  - We offer FREE shipping to all our consumers within the contiguous U.S. whenever you buy product from our site.  Note that parts, repairs, and other services not purchasable directly on this site are excluded.

30 day Return Policy - Tried our products but don't like it? We doubt that, but in the event you change your mind, we have a generous 30 day return window. Please bear in mind that any orders with B-Stock/E-Stock/Clearance/Upgrade items or parts will be ineligible for returns. Refunds are issued up to 14 days after receipt of the item.

We (NHT) reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned or if we deem that the product has not been operated according to instructions and/or normal conditions.
